Baked Oatmeal

How do you prepare Baked Oatmeal?

This breakfast is incredibly quick to prepare. You only need the basic ingredients for an Oatmeal. I’ve already shown you my favorite Oatmeal recipe. Of course, the consistency is not the same. Baking the Oatmeal gives it a pudding-like consistency. Very tasty!

The basic ingredients consist of oats, oat milk, and coconut oil. Now you can combine your Baked Oatmeal the way you like it. I have added: Cinnamon, shredded coconut, agave syrup, raspberries, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ginger.

Once you’ve mixed all the ingredients together, place your oatmeal mix in a casserole dish and then you just have to put it in the oven for a few minutes.

This recipe is completely without eggs and milk. You can also make this oatmeal gluten-free by using gluten-free oats. It’s really easy to make and it’s healthy too!

Tip: You can also cut your Baked Oatmeal into squares and simply eat it on the go or take it with you for breakfast at work or use it as a healthy snack in between.

Baked Oatmeal – Healthy and Delicious

I think it’s great that you can make so many different healthy variations. On the one hand, you can prepare this Baked Oatmeal recipe based on bananas or on the other hand you can use nuts and applesauce. Applesauce and bananas bind the ingredients, so you can also use them as an egg substitute.

Why is the recipe so healthy? Oatmeal is very healthy and good for the gut. They contain a lot of fibre, minerals (especially iron, zinc, and magnesium) as well as vitamins (especially B1 and B6). In addition, this recipe does not contain sugar.

How long does this stay good for? Do you need to ear it right away or is it good in the fridge for a couple of days?

You can keep it in the fridge in an airtight container for about 5 days ?. You can also freeze the Baked Oatmeal for up to 3 months.
