Preparation
The important thing for preparing rice pudding is that you use the right kind of rice. Only with the right kind of rice grains you can get the creamy consistency. This means use only round grain rice and not long grain rice.
The rice pudding is very easy and quick to make. You can also prepare it the evening before, put it in the fridge overnight and enjoy it either hot or cold the next day.
Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 250 gr Rice Pudding
- 1 liter Milk
- 2 tsp Agave Syrup
- 2-3 tbsp Cinnamon and Vanilla
Extra
- mixed berries
Instructions
- Boil Milk in a pot
- Add rice, cook it at low heat 25 – 30 minutes
- Add spices and agave syrup
- Cook in another pot the berry mixture
