Zutaten

  • 400 gr Kidney Beans 1 can, drained
  • 100 gr Oats blended into oat flour
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 40 ml Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Spices: Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Sriracha Garlic Sauce optional

Anleitung

  • Drain the kidney beans thoroughly. While they drain, blend the oats into flour using a food processor or blender.
  • Finely chop the onion and garlic. Add all ingredients except the oat flour into a food processor.
  • Blend until a thick, uniform mixture forms. Add the oat flour and mix it in either by hand or using the processor.
  • Slightly dampen your hands to prevent sticking. Shape the mixture into 10–12 patties (veggie "meatballs" or burger-sized).
  • Place them directly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Pre-bake the patties in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 5–7 minutes to help them set.
  • Pan-fry them in a little oil on both sides until they’re golden and crispy.
  • Let the patties cool briefly after cooking. This helps them firm up.
  • Serve warm or cold — they’re also great as a quick snack!

Hinweise

💡 Tip: Shape the patties thicker for a softer center or flatter for crispier results.
These are perfect for meal prep, lunchboxes, BBQs, or even as a protein-packed snack between meals.
