Put your apple slices in a mixing bowl and mix them with brown sugar, some date caramel, vanilla extract, lemon zest, lemon juice, cinnamon, Pumpkin Spice and flour.
Cut the dough in half. Roll out one half on a floured surface so that it covers the pan. Place the dough in your pie pan and pierce several times with a fork. Then spread your apple filling on the cake base.
Roll out the second half of the dough on a floured surface and cut the dough into strips.
Now decorate your Apple Pie with the dough strips and use the rest of your dough to add more beautiful shapes. For example, I just used my heart cutter.
Spread some milk on the cake and then put the apple pie in the oven for about 45 - 50 minutes.
