Make your pumpkin puree, either cook pumpkin pieces in salted water for 15 minutes or roast pumpkin halves in the oven for 30 minutes (see text "Which ingredients do you need"). If you still have to prepare your pumpkin puree, the preparation time will also increase.
In a mixing bowl whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, and vanilla extract.
Combine all wet ingredients separately in a bowl. Melt coconut oil and pour oil together with agave syrup into the bowl. Add your Chia eggs and whisk it all together (You can find out how to make a Chia egg in the text "Which ingredients are needed").
Then add your pumpkin puree and the chocolate chips, mix again and then slowly add your wet ingredients to the dry ingredients while stirring.
Knead the dough with your hands and spread it evenly in a baking dish. Then put your pumpkin cake blondies in the oven for about 20 – 25 minutes.
